These terms govern use of this marketing website. A signed Palmframe service agreement, proposal, and invoice will control any paid client engagement.

Website information

The website provides general descriptions of Palmframe services, starting prices, process, and design approach. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee that a particular package fits a project.

Prices and service terms

Displayed prices are starting points. The full setup fee is due at signing, and monthly care begins at launch. The initial monthly-service term is 12 months from launch. Final scope, taxes, revision limits, third-party charges, and cancellation terms are established in the signed agreement and statement of work.

Portfolio concepts

Projects labeled “Concept website” are fictional design studies. They do not represent real clients, endorsements, delivered projects, business performance, or measured results.

Client content and third-party services

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, permissions, and legal compliance of the copy, logos, photos, product information, and policies they supply. Domains, business email, Shopify, apps, payment processing, paid stock, and other third-party services may carry separate charges and terms.

No performance guarantee

A website can support a business, but Palmframe does not guarantee search ranking, advertising performance, sales, leads, revenue, uptime by independent providers, or a specific commercial result.

Ownership and permitted use

The Palmframe name, branding, site copy, and portfolio presentation may not be copied or presented as another company's work. Client ownership and licenses for delivered work are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Ending service and handoff

After the initial term, monthly service continues month to month until either party gives 30 days' written notice. Early termination during the initial term is governed by the signed agreement. A current account receives the standard handoff described there, including the latest project-specific source, build notes, transferable assets, material service and configuration notes, and removal or transfer of Palmframe access. Migration or redesign is separate work.

Changes

Palmframe may update this website and these terms as services, pricing, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current posted version.
