Planning, page structure, design, build, content population within scope, responsive checks, revisions within the agreed round, and launch preparation.

Monthly service

Managed static hosting, SSL, deployment backups, and uptime checks for Lead and Business sites. Store service covers Shopify theme maintenance and platform checks; Shopify and optional backup apps are client-paid.

Your domain and third-party accounts remain in your name, so you keep ownership and can see exactly what those services cost.

Do I pay Palmframe for my domain?

No. You purchase and own the domain. Palmframe can guide the setup and connect it as part of launch work, but the registration and renewal charge stays directly with you.

Are photos, logos, and graphics included?

Yes, within a defined web-design scope. Every plan includes page layout, color and typography selection, standard icons and section graphics, favicon preparation, photo cropping, resizing, and compression, minor brightness or color correction, plus the stock-image allowance shown on the package card. New branding, custom illustration, professional or product photography, premium image licenses, print work, and complex manipulation are separate.

What counts as a monthly edit?

Existing text or image replacements, hours, prices, products, and minor layout adjustments. Monthly time expires rather than rolling over. New pages, features, integrations, redesigns, or other expanded scope is separately scoped. Overage is $100/hour in 15-minute increments.

What is included in the starter visual identity?

The $495-$750 starter identity includes one simple logo, a color palette, typography selection, a favicon, and a one-page usage guide.

When will I see the first version?

Most Lead and Business sites are ready for first review in about 7 business days after all required content is received. Starter Store timing is confirmed during onboarding.
